The Challenge
Calvary Christian Church has served Boston's North Shore since 1947. On a Sunday it meets in Lynnfield at 8:30, 10:30 and 12:30, in Salem at 11:00, in Spanish at 3:00 and online at 5:00, and its families speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. They needed one website that could welcome all of them, help members find what's on this week, and stay current without a web person in the middle.
Our Approach
We built a custom site on Next.js and Sanity with a real version of every page in each language, switched with one tap from the header (EN · ES · PT). The home page puts first time guests first: Plan your visit and Watch online, then three simple doors for I'm New, Watch a Message and Give, with members' content lower down. Events and forms come straight from Planning Center, sermons sync in from YouTube on their own, and the staff edit everything, every language included, in Sanity.
