Specific terms governing client engagements (scope, payment, timelines, intellectual property) are outlined in individual service agreements provided prior to project start. These website terms do not constitute a service contract.

Text Messaging Program

Program. White Oak Media sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us by text: follow-up on an inquiry, reminders for calls you have booked, and occasional information about our services. Clients may also receive account notifications such as approval requests and invoice notices.

Opting in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. We may send a one-time confirmation text when you opt in.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@whiteoakmedia.io.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in. We may modify or end the program at any time.

Limitation of Liability

White Oak Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any linked third-party content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
