Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe — White Oak Media does not store or have direct access to your card details.

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your permission, to send occasional updates about our services. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how visitors use our site. These tools are privacy-focused, do not use cookies, and do not track individual users across websites or store personally identifiable information.

Social Media Integrations

White Oak Media operates internal tools that connect to our own business accounts on social platforms (including Instagram and Facebook) through the Meta Graph API. These tools read comments left on our posts so we can respond automatically, and publish content we schedule to our own accounts. We do not collect, store, or share the personal data of people who interact with our posts beyond what is necessary to reply to their comment, and we never sell it. Any data accessed through these platforms is handled in accordance with the platforms’ own terms and policies.
