When you contact us or reserve a project through our website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, organization name, message, and — only if you choose to give it — your mobile phone number. Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe — White Oak Media does not store or have direct access to your card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your permission, to send occasional updates about our services. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the opt-in box on one of our forms, White Oak Media may send you text messages about your inquiry, calls you have scheduled with us, and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or email hello@whiteoakmedia.io. We keep a record of when and where you opted in, and the exact wording you agreed to.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how visitors use our site. These tools are privacy-focused, do not use cookies, and do not track individual users across websites or store personally identifiable information.

Social Media Integrations

White Oak Media operates internal tools that connect to our own business accounts on social platforms (including Instagram and Facebook) through the Meta Graph API. These tools read comments left on our posts so we can respond automatically, and publish content we schedule to our own accounts. We do not collect, store, or share the personal data of people who interact with our posts beyond what is necessary to reply to their comment, and we never sell it. Any data accessed through these platforms is handled in accordance with the platforms’ own terms and policies.
