Do the emails come from White Oak Media or from our church?
From your church. We verify your church's own email domain so messages send as you — your name, your reply-to address, your logo and colors. Guests never see our name.
Can we write our own emails?
Yes. You start with twelve templates we wrote to sound like a real person from a real church — not a marketing robot — and you can edit every word, add steps, or write sequences from scratch (up to 10 emails per sequence).
What happens with prayer requests?
They're treated differently on purpose. Prayer request contents are stored privately, visible only to your designated staff — they never feed marketing lists or automated promotion.
Does this work with our current website?
Second Sunday is built into every website we design and manage. If your site lives somewhere else, it can usually still be wired in — ask us on a call and we'll tell you honestly.
How much does it cost?
