  1. 1 About 2 minutes

Start your site (and bring the old one over)

Go to the Church Studio signup and type your church's name. Your home page builds as you type.

Have a website already? Put its address in the first box. Studio brings over your words, photos, staff and events in about a minute, and you review all of it before anything changes.

Pick a design. You can switch any time; your words and photos stay put.

  2. 2 About 8 minutes

    Make the home page yours

Click any words on the page and type. Click a photo and choose Replace.

Two sentences of welcome in your own voice beat a paragraph of sample text. Say who you are and who you're for.

Press Publish at the top right when it looks right. Nothing is public until you do.

Get your service times and address right

Open Settings, then Service times & address. Add each service and where you meet.

Save, and the visit page, the map and the footer all update at once. This is the first thing a guest looks for.

    Post this Sunday's sermon

Open Sermons, press + New, add the title and paste the YouTube or Vimeo link.

Better: connect your channel under Settings and every new sermon posts itself from then on.

Add events, or connect your calendar

Open Events and press + New for a one-off. Or press Calendar and paste the link to the calendar you already keep: Planning Center, Google, Breeze, CCB and most others.

Studio sorts it into events, groups and ministries, and keeps your site in step every few hours.

Set up the welcome for first-time guests

Open Visitors to see the road a guest travels: they find your site, tap Take a Next Step, and get a welcome right away. Change the wording of any step in a click.

When someone reaches out, they land in People. Reply right from Studio and mark them connected once you've talked.

    Invite a volunteer

Open Settings, then Your team. Type their email and press Invite. They pick a password and land right in Studio.

Sites stay fresh when more than one person can update them.

    Use your own web address

Open Settings, then Your web address. Type the address you own and press Connect, then follow the one or two steps for wherever you bought it.

No address yet? Search for one right there. Your Studio address keeps working either way.
