The Challenge

Roots of Hope had been operating for 7 years but had never invested in a cohesive brand. They had three different logos across their channels, no consistent color palette, and a website that made it hard to understand their mission in the first 10 seconds. Year-end engagement had plateaued.

Our Approach

We started with brand strategy — understanding their story, their supporters, and their mission. From there we developed a visual identity that communicated hope and rootedness without being generic. We redesigned their website to lead with impact metrics and story, and created an engagement-focused email campaign for the year-end push.
